By adding content in the database (uploads), the user assures to have all righs to the content (upload).

If the user upload content, he gives free-beat.com the right, to publish such content (upload) in the database on free-beat.com and free-beat.de for free.
Each Member ist allowed to use each content (upload) of the database for non-profit (music-) projects
Commercial use of content from the databse requires a permission (writen) from the (copyright.-) owner.

III. Rates / Registration

The registration and use of the website / community is for free.

With the registration, the user agree the terms of use.
